We have already done the research and spent a lot of time to givethe best deal for you. If you have any doubts, you can find out anything they said about Marmot Men's Shadow Insulated Down Jacket - Green Pepper/Midnight Green, Small.

Great jacket, well built, well featured - colours a bit misleading
I originally ordered a North Face McMurdo parka (which was significantly more expensive) but when it arrived it didn't feel well made in several areas for the price... Neck zipper region, filling, hood etc.
I read some other reviews and decided to order the Marmot Shadow jacket. I thought the green one would be good but had trouble finding it online in the UK. Eventually I got it and I sent The North Face jacket back for refund.

This Shadow jacket is great in lots of ways. Well made, nice features, top quality down filling and (apparently) waterproof - though I have yet to test it out in anger.
It has all the hall marks of a quality jacket and you can tell it's been well designed and well made as soon as you put it on.

The only issue for me is that when I got the green it looked a bit different from the website in shades. No big deal I thought.. I'll just send it back for a black one, they're more common anyway.
So (after days of expectant waiting...

Should be great but lacking
First this is a well made jacket. However there are a number of points which let it down. First the goose down I am sure it is fine goose down. But it is severely under stuffed, paper thin at key points. Like the area around the mid back. This means it is not as warm as it should be. I have worn it on a +1 windy day and had to go back home to put on a thick woolly jumper.
I do not think it would stand up to skiing or mountain hikes in colder weather, which I understand it was designed. for. The thin Velcro wrist fastening is flimsy and the lack of the inner cuff as on most winter jackets, means if like me you have smaller wrists the wind gets in.

The hood is an awful design the toggle to pull the hood tight is in the centre at the back. Which if you have the jacket on, you have to be a contortionist to adjust it. Even if you do this, placing the pull in the middle at the back means you pull the hood away from the face, not tighter around it . And end up with a Smurf...

Light but fiddly - take a few more substantial pegs with you
I love this tent. Plenty of room for one but don't even think about sharing this tent unless you are a couple and intend zipping sleeping bags together (etc!) You can't really use this without the inner as the inner is required to attach to the carbon rods for structure and stability. I tend to remove the carbon rods for packing so I can stuff all of the tent into a waterproof stuffsack on its own and believe me when I say this packs down to almost nothing. The slight draw back with this is it does make it a little more fiddly to put up. The titanium pegs although look like toothpicks are quite effective in firm ground but do not rely on them if the ground may be overly wet. While on the pegs, take extra care as they are grass coloured and VERY hard to see once detached from the tent/guys. Not sure how this stands up to wind as so far conditions have been pretty still. There are four additional guying points on the tent corners but as they are pretty low to the ground I am not sure...

Pricy but worth it
This tent is light as a feather and is easy to erect and pack away. This is the first good quality tent I've owned and it'll certainly add much comfort to my bike camping trips.

It has bags of porch space that goes the full length of the tent, I could fit one other pannier bag besides my own gear and still had room to spare. The inner makes maximum use of the tent's footprint and the door is a clever vertical design and has plenty of room to get changed in, at least for those of us under 6 feet tall.

It's lost a star because of the fiddly pole rain cover. It seems to be a bit of an afterthought but I guess it would need to stand up it some mean conditions and it could probably cope just fine in average UK summertime rough weather.

Real quality, excellent tent.
Used to own a Coleman Canyon 6 tent. Unfortunately during a recent camping trip the wind picked up on the first night and collapsed the tent. Was very disappointed as I felt Coleman were a good brand. The wind was not even that strong. We ended up coming home the next day and i decided to look for a new tent and try and get another camping trip in before the end of the summer.

Found this tent while browsing the web, watched a few videos on youtube and was very impressed. Although it cost considerably more than the Coleman i decided that if it ended up lasting for a few years it would be worth it and it was half its RRP. The tent came pretty quickly to be fair and the first thing that struck me was the size of it. This thing comes in a huge bag like an XL hold all and thats not including the poles which come in their own bag and weigh a ton. This might be to everyones liking but to me it wasn't really an issue. So long as i could fit it in the car i was happy.

Exceptional delivery service, was ordered Sunday afternoon via Amazon/Yeoman's and it arrived Tuesday morning. Took an hour for 2 of us to erect in garden as a first trial but expect that we'll be able to get down to 30-40 minutes with practice. It's a whopper. Can't wait until next summer when we'll be able to use it with our family.

Comes wit a no matter what, 100%, cast iron, lifetime guarantee
I was given one of these Eagle Creek cargo bags as a young man by my step dad - and being the usual sullen, ungrateful twenty something at the time my initial thoughts were: 'A bag? Why on earth would I want with a bag?'
However, it soon turned out to be indispensable and I ended up absolutely loving it!

The bag itself claims to be bomb proof - now I've never tested that claim and I very much doubt that its true - but they are pretty sturdy. In fact they're so sturdy Eagle Creek are willing to put their money where their mouth is and offer you a lifetime guarantee - more on that later.

The bag I have is the perfect size for light travel and weekends away, with plenty of room to fit, say, about a weeks worth of clothes in the main compartment. It's not too big and not too small, but just the right size. It also has a side pocket on the, er... side.

The 2 main handles have a leather grip that fastens together with 2 poppers and there's a shoulder...

Lightweight
This is a backpacker's delight. I took my Terra Nova Photon 1 backpacking in Cumbria in March and slept in it one windy and cold night. I swapped 4 of the pegs for some chunkier Vango 6 gram alternatives. It is straightforward to pitch even in such windy locations, warm and spacious for 1 inside. While carrying in the rucksack it is very lightweight and compact.
