Great boots for walking
I bought these recently and have been delighted with them. I have wide feet and generally struggle to find a shoe wide enough. These fit perfectly and even have a little room in them. I usually wear two pairs of socks when walking, the inner pair acts like a second skin helping to protect you from blisters. These boots easily coped with two pairs of socks and were even nice just wearing them around for the day and doing nothing in particular.

I haven't walked so far in them yet, not distance walking anyway. However, they're already so comfortable, I can't foresee any problems. I bought the Grisport Crusader boots at the same time as these and have been wearing them more for walking my dog as we're still getting snow. They have a meatier sole than these for grip, but a girl can never have too many pairs of walking boots in the country... I haven't been able to test the waterproofing of the Edge's but I have no doubts by their construction that they will cope well in...
