Just got back from family holiday in Spain, having used an easy budget airline to get there. The size of this bag/pack is within the maximum dimensions allowed for all the airlines I am likely to use in the future, so no problems with being turned back at the boarding gate.

Great for Trekking!
I've just used this bag to hike the West Highland Way in Scotland and I thought it was brilliant! All the pockets came in very handy and I loved all of the padding on the back and hips. Did have some rubbing from the shoulder straps, but after readjusting things in my pack and the straps it seemed to be much better. I had a very difficult time trying to find a pack to fit my back as even though I'm not a short woman I found that many of the men's packs were still to long for me, so was very happy to find this bag and after 96 miles, it still felt like the right bag for me.
