Tough stuff...
This is a top notch bag, comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time. It is made of water resistant 1050-denier nylon, which is tough enough to withstand most things you can throw at it. It has pockets well into double figures, of all sizes, to suit every conceivable need. It has a very handy fleece lined top pocket to store sunglasses. Whilst it would be suitable for this, I find it instead a great place to put items I may need to grab in a hurry: keys, money, knives or a small torch, as it's one of the easiest found pockets in the dark. Securing all these pockets are YKK zippers, which are of the usual high quality.

The main compartment is plenty large enough to put items you'll need for a 24hr period (hence the name). Within it are four separate zipped sections that could easily store spare clothing or equipment. We've all used backpacks that once full, are impossible to gain access to things stored at the bottom. Great for organising kit
Outstanding backpack. It is a little heavy but extremely well made and robust. There are many pockets inside and out. I use mine most often as a photography bag, with each lens in a separate soft pouch. It zips open fully and so allows for perfect organisation and access to kit, compared to backpacks where you have to search around for the item you want from a top opening. There are two fully zipped side pockets that are great for keeping bottles of water in (small flask of tea in my case). Highly recommended.
