I am 6'3" and it fits
Excellent quality bag.
It kept me warm as toast in the Pyrenees last week when the snow was on the ground outside our unheated refuge hut - so much so that I wore nothing but my boxers in it. Moments before I had been playing cards with my coat and gloves on it was that cold.
This week I used it to sleep in on the floor of a house in central London that I am working in - it was warm but not too warm.
Size wise it fits me being 6'3" with a 46" chest - plenty of length but the bag is a bit constricting across the shoulders but still useable.
In conclusion a relatively light bag which is warm. well made and functional.
