Absolutely fantastic tent - especially for the colder days
It's probably part nostalgia that I love this tent so much and eventually ended up buying one again after going on week-long camping trips in Wales a long time ago. It was a great tent then, with no problem in the wind and rain when we camped near the Offa's Dkye long-distance footpath.

So here's the Vango Force 10 again bought all these years later, designed to replace the summery modern tent my wife and I normally use during the summer. The modern tent I've got is perfectly good in it's two-season way: decent waterproof groundsheet to 2,000HH (a measure of impermeability I think), good waterproof fly-sheet, quick to pitch and large inside...stretched out by the flexible poles we're now all familiar with.

Why the change then and perceived need to go for the Vango apart from some vaguely-felt nostalgia mentioned earlier? The main reasons are 1) We hope to go camping later into Autumn and start earlier in the spring, so could do with a warm tent - if such a thing...
