These are very good poles. Their greatest strength is the FlickLocks mechanism for fixing the poles into the desired length. This is infinitely better than the usual screw types which tend to eventually start slipping.

The handles are very comfortable and the fact that the cushioning extends down the pole, is another benefit.

Another good thing is that both of the adjustable parts of the pole have measuring scales on them, making it easier to get both poles adjsuted to the same length.

The 2 disadvantages are that
- the poles vibrate laterally quite a bit: it's more visual - you don't notice it unless you're looking. It doesn't affect the feel of the poles, but they definitley shake a bit....
- they don't come with stoppards at the end end to protect the little spike at the end. You just get wee protectors to cover them during transit. For such dear poles, I think this is mean.
