Light and bright but feels a little... tacky
The box claims that this lamp outputs 70 lumens and I don't doubt it, on the brightest of three white settings it throws a beam at least 30 metres. Also useful are the lower-intensity LEDs that create sidelobes, so that instead of a single circle of light there is a clover-leaf pattern.
The red and white modes are separate which is very good for preserving night-vision. A short press engages white mode, with three levels of diminishing intensity and a strobe mode. A long press engages the rather weedy red LED, only sufficient for map reading.
Total weight with three AAAs inserted is 83 grams and it is definitely water resistant, though I haven't tested it to 1 metre depth per its IPX7 rating!
Overall though the lamp feels a little fragile, I doubt that it would survive a fall onto a hard surface. Oddly there is no indication on the box or instructions as to where it was made, though from the feel of the plastic I fear that it was not Sweden...
