I find this trainer a little bit stiffer than the one I was hoping to replace so I can't say it fully did the job.

It was also a little bit brighter and more noticable than I would have preferred. It wasn't bought as a fashion accessory but as a practicable day on day trainer.

The heal tab is good. I use these a lot to pull my trainers on and find in some that it's impossible to get my finger through the loop but this one is fine.

Other than that it is a perfectly good trainer.
