I've been skiing for years and was reluctant to start wearing a helmet because I thought they'd be annoying and uncomfortable. This helmet is neither. Once on, I barely notice I'm wearing it - it's so light and comfy. It's warm (much warmer than a hat) on cold days, and well ventilated on warmer days, and has a handy removable liner that washes easily and dries very quickly. It adjusts with a small dial at the back of the helmet - just a twist and it snugs right down to fit your head. There are two clips at the back to secure the goggle strap, and I can attest to the security of these as they kept my goggles snugly in place even during a couple of spectacular falls. Very pleased with this and will never go back to wearing a wooly hat.
